Organic tofu soaked in soy sauce and topped in our house made soy ginger glaze. On the side is organic white rice and fresh stir fry.

Grass fed filet, Organic brussel sprouts, organic herb crusted purple potato's

Grass fed and finished beef tenderloin filet, Organic purple potato's tossed in herbs and Himalayan pink salt, and steamed and sauteed organic brussel sprouts. Filet finished with our house made chmichurri.

Seared sirloin topped with our house made chimichurri, fresh broccoli steamed and tossed in fresh cracked pepper and Himalayan salt, and our house made pasta cooked with Parmesan and truffle.
